Fill’d is an all-category service delivery platform specializing in aged care services. We connect registered/approved aged care providers, service/associated providers, and aged care workers across Australia. Acting as an associated provider under the Aged Care Act 2024, we streamline workforce coordination, handle compliance verification, and enable quality care delivery transparently and efficiently through one integrated platform.

Fill’d serves three key groups:

  1. Registered/approved aged care providers who need service delivery solutions for ALL service types
  2. Service/associated providers from all service domains (including cleaners and gardeners, home modification and maintenance staff, through to care and health services) who want to scale or expand their business in aged care
  3. Aged care and health professionals seeking flexible job opportunities. We provide the option of onboarding you as an ABN contractor or as an employee.

Each group uses Fill’d differently, all benefiting from streamlined compliance, transparent operations, and quality care.

Fill’d currently operates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and the Gold Coast. We’re actively expanding to additional cities across Australia.

Fill’d is a service/associated provider under the Aged Care Act 2024, but we adhere to the gold standard requirements and quality standards of a registered/approved aged care provider. We maintain full compliance with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards, Support at Home program requirements, and NDIS regulations.

All workers are verified (police-checked, NDIS and WWCC-screened, qualified, and insured) before accessing jobs on our platform. We guarantee routine audits of all staff and providers in line with the latest compliance and regulatory requirements, with audit reports provided to all registered providers to ensure they meet and exceed their compliance obligations.

Fill’d operates on a transparent platform fee structure. We take no commission from the rates paid to associated providers or salaries of aged care workers. This ensures fair compensation throughout the ecosystem while enabling sustainable platform operations. We also voluntarily guarantee that our fee structure meets the requirements of the Aged Care Act 2024.

Getting started depends on your role:

  • Registered/approved aged care providers and service/associated providers can book a meeting to discuss workforce and service solution needs or begin onboarding.
  • Aged care workers can sign up to create a profile and start receiving job opportunities.
